This is a separate agreement from the May 17, 2026 AI Search Visibility Program, and nothing here repeats that work. The $500 still due under the May agreement is waived on signing. The November and December reports continue under the May agreement, and reports under this one start in January.
Kim approves all copy and design before anything goes live.
Part 1
Fix the problems found in our audit of hudsonandnine.com
- Duplicate pages. Merge about 34 overlapping pages, add redirects, hide the old copies and repoint links.
- Google Business Profile. Correct the category and add Event Planner.
- Key pages. Homepage follow-through with named proof, plus the corporate, nonprofit and experiential pages.
- ChatGPT landing pages. Improve the pages visitors from ChatGPT arrive on.
- Accuracy fixes. Wrong descriptions, broken links, “H&9” naming, titles, headings, typos and contact page details.
- Lower-impact polish. Remaining page descriptions, photo descriptions on core pages, speed fixes, thin-page rewrites and an indexing check.
- Inquiry tracking. Add “How did you hear about us?” to the contact form.
Part 2
Build a private-events site under Kim's name
- Custom design. Up to 9 pages on its own domain, built to launch before Kim's December event.
- Copy. We write it, Kim approves it. Up to two rounds of revisions.
- Search and AI readiness. Structured data and a sitemap, so Google and AI tools know who Kim is.
- Inquiries. A contact form with source tracking, plus email, phone and a booking link.
The site is custom-built on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps hosting cost very low. It has no editor, so changes go through us and are covered by the retainer.
Part 3
Monthly retainer for both sites
- Fixing problems as we go. We start from the audit, then fix new problems we find, highest impact first.
- Content and edits. One new or updated page a month, plus small edits (about 1.5 hours a month). Larger requests are quoted first.
- Monthly report from January. Search, AI visibility, and inquiries by source.

Terms
Approvals
Nothing publishes without Kim's written sign-off.
Revisions
One round per deliverable, two for the new site. Extra work is $125 an hour, only after we agree in writing.
Timeline
It pauses while we wait on photos, the domain, access or approvals.
Acceptance
Deliverables not rejected in writing within 7 business days are accepted.
Payment
Invoices are due in 14 days. Overdue balances accrue 1.5% a month.
Ownership
On full payment, the deliverables and the new site transfer to Hudson & Nine. GEO Agency keeps its methods and tools.
Ending early
Either side may end this with 30 days' written notice. The one-time fee is lower in exchange for the six-month commitment, so if Hudson & Nine ends early, the remaining retainer payments are due. If GEO Agency ends early, prepaid fees for undelivered work are refunded.
No guarantee
Search and AI platforms change without notice. We do not guarantee rankings, AI mentions or inquiry volume. Liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior three months. Hudson & Nine confirms it has the rights to the names, copy and photos it supplies.
